Telegram Dual Messenger EULA

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and [Bharatbhai] ("Company," "we," or "us") governing your use of the Telegram Dual Messenger iOS application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the App.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes on any iOS device that you own or control.

License Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or exploit the App in any unauthorized way.

Ownership

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the App or any rights other than those explicitly provided.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or share through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the User Content as necessary to operate the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to upload or share any content that:

Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

Contains harmful, defamatory, or offensive material.

Privacy

Updates and Modifications

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].
